Company system setup is related to you and your company. Generaly, with this topic we will explane everething what happened inside company. We will define:

Company system setup using natural model of behavior: feedback system. This system alow you to reach targeting goals in the easiest way. Feedback system is easy to understand, because all of us using this system every day. Feedback system is build in humans and we acting on this principals when driving car, when we cook, when we shower…
Company system setup is mostly related to small and midlle enterparises, but can be usufull also for large and global companies. Generaly, through Company system setup we will define business approach, not your business steps. When we define approach, for you will be much easier to define and do your business activities.
Market in your hand is part of my blog and present totally independent unit. In combination with other parts/units it is very strong sales tools. When I started to take more care abour my sales, using information from all market, I found diferent ways of presenting market and their segments.
In mostly cases it is enough to use pie. Pie is very simply and usuful way to present market, but with a lot limitations. There is another ways similar to pie. For me, this approach to present market was not good enough. Because of this, I searched and I found better way. Trough my searching, I discover that all customers needs can be present using their frequency of use. This is totally universal attribute and applicable for all markets and customer needs. When we cross this with the money spent by customer, we get 3D shape of market. But, more about this will be inside of my blog.
Premium sales behavior is betwen company and market. Somehow, sales is on side of company and get payed from company side. But, sales must take care also about market. Sales need to respect markets needs, habits, expectations, possibilities, trends, opportunities….
At present time, we can find a lot of diferent sales approach. It is normal and very well. This is result of many working hours and searching for beter results of many sales person, during human history. Basically, all of my previous and present colleagues try to get better sales result with less efforts and time.
I do the same….With process of searching, my personal goal was to became universal sales man. I want to have possibilities to sale all kind of products or services on any market. I want to be independent. And I succeeded Using my education, experience, personal searching and previous result of my global colleagues, I develop very simple and ususfull sales approach. I tested this approach on a few markets and diferent businesses. It work perfect . The biggest value of my sales approach is that is natural and logical. Regarding this, all sales peoples can deal with them. And I am ready to share my knowledge with you.
