Authorship 2020

Book

An authored work in which Igor distills years of experience in sales and managing manufacturing companies — a practical look at building a business-and-sales system that works even when the owner isn't in the office.

01 Bio
Approach

Why a system for manufacturing companies?

I got to know those roles from the inside. I saw how manufacturing companies grow, get tangled in their own processes, and lose momentum at the very moment they need growth most.

Once a company outgrows its early stage, it becomes too complex to run on enthusiasm and improvisation. It needs structure. And it needs a sales system that doesn't stop when the owner isn't in the office.

"I don't show up with ready-made solutions from a textbook."

Igor Krstić
Method

A practical, not theoretical approach

I'm not a consultant who shows up with ready-made solutions from a textbook. I work with teams from the inside, I understand resistance to change, and I know how to set up a system that actually works — not just on paper.

The most valuable experience doesn't come from a textbook — it's earned in the field, in real companies, with real challenges and real resistance.
